The property was so close to a gondola station. Easy access to what Arinsal has to offer, only 3 miles to vallnord. Private parking on-site was provided.

The outside play area, beautiful surroundings, available parking, extended breakfast hours, excellent service.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The hotel is situated in a beautiful location surrounded by bars and stunning mountain views. The staff were accommodating even when we arrived late, they allowed us to continue to enjoy breakfast even past the official cut-off time. Finally, the outside play area was a true highlight for our children.

The view of the mountains from the room was absolutely breathtaking, and the ski-in, ski-out convenience was a huge plus. The food was also surprisingly good, with plenty of options for breakfast and dinner. Plus, the staff was friendly and helpful throughout the stay.

The negatives greatly outweighed the positives. The room was uncomfortably hot and there was no way to adjust the temperature.

The facilities were mind-blowing, including the excellent spa and breathtaking mountain views from some rooms. The service was super with friendly staff like Lydia, Struen, and Rebecca always ready to accommodate and serve delicious food. The hotel's location was great, just a short stroll to the gondola. Don't forget to try local restaurants like Cisco's and El Moli.

I recently stayed at Princesa Parc Excellence for a ski trip with my friends. The hotel is well located, just a 5-minute stroll down the hill to the gondola. The wait staff in the Louis VI restaurant were brilliant, always welcoming with a smile and the food was great. I also loved the mountain view from my room and the excellent service provided by the staff, especially David at reception. The wellness and spa facilities were fantastic, and I highly recommend visiting. an excellent stay.

Spa and Wellness Area: The spa at the hotel was an absolute treat. After a long day of exploring the stunning landscapes of Andorra, I indulged in a relaxing massage that left me feeling like a rejuvenated gem. The expert therapists worked their magic, using techniques that felt as precious as the gold and semiprecious stones found in the area. It was like being enveloped in a cocoon of luxury and tranquility.

Maintenance issue: However, I did encounter a minor issue during my stay. There was a language barrier, and when a part of the door frame in my room fell off and almost hit my wife, it took quite some time for a workman to arrive.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The location was perfect and close to the ski slope, which made it easy to have a nice day skiing. The hotel facilities were amazing, especially the spa, which was a way for me to relax once I came off the mountain. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of options, which made it easy for me to find something that I liked.

I always choose this place for my stay. The staff here helped me at my first stay with travel tips. It suits me perfectly. It has everything I need - Wi-Fi, luggage storage, 24-hour reception, restaurant, fitness center, outdoor pool. I keep coming back for a romantic escape.

We had a decent stay, as the hotel was located close to the skiing spot, and we could easily come down the hill to relax. The room was modern with good facilities, and it was clean and tidy. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious. We enjoyed the beautiful Mountain View, which added to the experience.

celebrated my birthday in arinsal & stayed at spa diana parc - exceeded expectations! staff, facilities, & mountain view room were 👌 breakfast til late & kids loved the play area. can't fault the service, especially david, dario, lucas & chamber maids. breakfast was awesome as always.

We recently stayed at this luxurious hotel and were blown away by the exclusive amenities and exceptional service provided. The Spa & wellness centre, sauna, and outdoor swimming pool were truly relaxing experiences. The beauty treatments and facial we received left us feeling rejuvenated. Also, the restaurant and bar/lounge areas offered superb food and drinks.

The only minor issue was the entertainment, as the leisure/TV room had limited options and the night club could have had a better atmosphere. However, the packed lunches and special diet menus provided were exquisite.

The value for our money was incredible, with a free room upgrade and a delicious breakfast delivered to our room each morning. The room had a stunning view of the mountains and was spotlessly clean. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home. The big spa area was a bonus, and the free parking in a secure area made our stay even more convenient. We can't wait to come back!
